Products & Personalization
Personalized products are prepared using the information, images, text and instructions supplied by the customer. Please check spelling, names, photos, colours, sizes and other personalization details carefully before submitting an order.
Ready Product Confirmation
After the personalized product is ready, Bhavito may share a photo/video on WhatsApp so you can see the finished product. Payment details are then shared, and the order proceeds to dispatch after payment is received and confirmed.
Pricing & Payment
Product prices and applicable offers may change from time to time. For the Bhavito order flow, payment is collected after the product is ready and the ready-product photo/video has been shared, unless a different payment arrangement is clearly communicated for a particular order.
Order Acceptance
Placing an order is a request to purchase. Bhavito may contact you to verify order details, personalization information, delivery details, or payment before dispatch.
Customer Content
You are responsible for ensuring that photos, text and other content you provide for personalization are accurate and that you have the right to provide them for this purpose. Do not submit unlawful, infringing, abusive, or harmful content.
Cancellation, Returns & Refunds
Cancellation, returns and refunds are handled according to the Refund & Returns Policy.
Intellectual Property
Website text, branding, graphics, design elements and other Bhavito-owned material may not be copied, reproduced, or commercially used without appropriate permission.
